The hotel has an exceptionally nice location close to restaurants and shops. the staff is very helpful, courteous, and accommodates all guests' needs.

The hotel was lovely with very friendly staff and a good location close to Ortahisar castle. The idea to include an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware in the double room was nice. Location: the venue was short walk to a beautiful garden, restaurants and shops and goreme open air museum. Besides, it was 3 km away from a historic museum.

The location is great, the staff here is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and come equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle and a mini fridge bar, and you have the option of early check-in and onsite parking.

The staff here was really respectful, which was nice. This place is in a perfect spot, super close to Ortahisar castle. It's also near the open air museum, the airport, and Goreme and Urgup. 🏰.

We were provided with a wheelchair accessible room that had a jacuzzi, which was essential for us, and having an electric kettle, refrigerator, and glassware was an added bonus.

The staff goes above and beyond to assist you in every way, the rooms are amazing and one-of-a-kind with jacuzzis, and the complimentary Wi-Fi is a great added bonus.

We enjoyed this cool and incredibly beautiful hotel with garden views. the double room was unique. the staff was excellent and attentive throughout our stay. Location: the venue was a short walk to Ortahisar castle, the center, Goreme, and Urgup. It was also close to restaurants and shops.

The hotel was cool and absolutely great, we didn't have time, so we would stay there again.

The staff was amazing and fulfilled all our exclusive needs. the room was spacious and had an impressive decor, making it feel like a deluxe accommodation. the massages were superb, offering full body and head massages, and we even enjoyed the BBQ facilities on the sun terrace. the garden area was a lovely addition to the hotel, offering a peaceful and serene environment.

There were no in-room breakfast options available. this was a minor issue that was quickly resolved by the restaurant's delectable breakfast, offering a variety of foods with special diet menus.

We were also given complimentary breakfast which was an added bonus. The hotel is located in a well-connected area making it convenient to explore the town. The hotel's garden area was well maintained, with a beautiful fountain.

The hotel's rooms are small with poor lighting, making it difficult to enjoy the stay properly. The hot water supply in the hotel was also inconsistent leading to cold showers during the winter months.
